There’s no one-size-fits-all solution, whether it’s medication, diet, or yoga. That’s why we offer a unique blend of Menopause Chair Yoga, Wall Yoga, Partner Yoga alongside our traditional Menopause Mat Yoga approach. At Triple Goddess  Yoga, our goal is to provide our graduates with a wide and diverse range of yoga practices, ensuring they can effectively meet the unique needs of menopausal women in their classes. As an exclusive incentive for our graduates, included in your course, you’ll receive a  One-On-One Mentoring session.\nUpon completing the 50-hour  Teachers’ Training Course, attendees will gain an overview of the following:\n\n\n\n• Selection and Sequencing: Gain in-depth knowledge on how to choose and combine different styles of Traditional Mat, Chair, Wall, and Partner Yoga to create unique Menopause Yoga classes that are inclusive for EVERYONE. \n• Personalised Classes: Develop in-depth knowledge and confidence in designing various menopause classes tailored to meet the specific needs of your one-on-one private clients.
