During a sound bath, most people experience a wonderful feeling of relaxation, and you can expect to leave the session feeling balanced and restored.\nRevert to our state of natural flow and harmony with sound by Chai Francesco. Chai brings his talent as a musician to help you unburden stress and revert to the natural state of flow.\nSound vibration meditation will support you to activate your own inner healer. It will penetrate your meridians, energy fields and access deeper healing on a multitude of levels: physical, emotional, psychological, energetic and spiritual.\nPractical Info :This is not suitable if you suffer from tinnitus or sound induce epilepsy. If you have any metal implants/ pacemakers etc. please let us know and don’t sit near the front.\nFamilies are welcome however we don’t recommend this event for babies or very small children. It really does depend on your child and we know 4 year olds that are into it. If you are under 18 we ask for parental consent for the acupuncture. Eat light before the session.\nPlease bring: water bottle, pillow and anything else that you might wish to make your experience more comfortable. Please turn off mobile phones before entering the session.\nSession starts promptly – no late admissions. Walk-in only for past friends who have already had acupuncture and filled out the health forms.\n
