“New Year, New Karma”: Yin, Nidra & Deep Immersion Fundraising Workshop

We’re kicking off an abundant and expansive 2025 with an act of love.

Inclusivity, diversity, generosity, are the heart, soul and body of everything we’re about at YRC. To build on this, we’re creating a fund to provide training grants to dedicated yoga practitioners who may not currently have financial resources to do so, to access opportunitiis either to train as teachers, deepen their experience, or explore their unique vocation to share this life changing practice with the world.

At this workshop, guided by YRC Initiator Sam Cruickshank, you will have the oppportunity, after the holiday season, to stretch, open, and explore any over or under used parts of the body, allow a deeper sense of stability, grounding and relaxation in body, mind and heart, and set intentions for a year of abundance, growth, or whatever you want it to be – with the comfort of knowing that your financial contributiuon will in turn open these possibilities for others.
